To have a 100% friendly time, Aigue Vive offers you the 8 km Mini Descent! A descent of the Gorges de l'Ardèche with passage under the Pont d'Arc designed for the whole family.
Discover without delay an ideal route for setting off on an adventure in a magical and refreshing setting.
Departures possible from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. continuously.
Return: every peak hour until 6 p.m.
What you will experience
The mini canoe or kayak descent allows you to enjoy the start of the Ardèche Gorges!
You will cross small rapids and pass under the famous Pont d’Arc.
You will be able to discover the activity in a very fun way and enjoy free time to swim, sunbathe and even have a picnic.
This descent is particularly suitable if you want to make a first descent or if you are going with young children.
Duration of descent
You will paddle for 1h30 but you can keep the canoe for 2, 3 or 4 hours.
You will enjoy the river in complete peace and quiet!
Distance traveled
You will go down the river for approximately 8km between Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Châmes landing stage.
You will leave directly from our rental base.
The route will allow you to enjoy the riverside beaches and pass under the Pont d'Arc.
Meeting place
The appointment is made directly at our Aigue Vive rental base!
We provide bus transport to your departure point and we will take you back to your departure point once you have completed your descent.

Prerequisites
To sail on the Ardèche, children must be at least 7 years old.
All participants must know how to swim 25m and submerge themselves.
If you have younger children it is still possible to do the descent but accompanied by a qualified instructor.
* Optional: State Patent Monitor: €130 (1 monitor for 15 people max. supervised).
